Welcome to Inner Science Coaching Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, or “Our”).
By accessing our website, enrolling in a program, or participating in any of our coaching, training, or well-being experiences (“Services”), you (“Client”, “Participant”, or “Organization”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Scope of Services

We provide educational and developmental programs focused on:

• Emotional resilience & well-being
   

• Leadership & high-performance coaching
   

• Positive Psychology & Neuroscience-based learning
   

• HeartMath Coherence training, breathwork, and mindfulness
   

• Workshops, corporate interventions, and keynotes
   

These Services are intended solely for personal and professional development, not for medical diagnosis or treatment.

 

3. Nature of Coaching & Training

Our programs complement—but do not replace—medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Participants accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.
The Company does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any condition.

 

4. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment via Razorpay or other approved modes.
   

• Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   

• The Company reserves the right to accept or decline participation.
   

• Early-bird or promotional offers apply only within their announced timeframes.
   

For corporate engagements, payment terms will follow the signed proposal or purchase order.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a. Individual Programs

• Cancellation ≥ 7 days before start: 80 % refund (20 % admin fee).
   

• Cancellation < 7 days before start: non-refundable.
   

• No-shows or partial attendance → no refund or reschedule.
   

b. Corporate Engagements

• Cancellations or date changes after confirmation subject to mutual agreement in writing.
   

• If the Company cancels or reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.
   

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, frameworks, slides, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Inner Science Coaching Pvt. Ltd. and protected by copyright laws.
Participants receive a personal, non-transferable license for self-development only.
Reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.

 

7. Confidentiality

• The Company upholds strict confidentiality as per ICF / EMCC ethical guidelines.
   

• Personal or organizational information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without consent, except where required by law.
   

• Group participants are expected to maintain confidentiality of peer discussions.
   

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We comply with the Information Technology Rules (2011) on data security.
   

• Personal information is used solely for program delivery and communication.
   

• Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay).
   

• We do not sell or share personal data without explicit consent.
   

• By using our website or registering for a program, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
   

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation.
   

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inner Science Coaching Pvt. Ltd., its directors, facilitators, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation.
   

• Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service.
   

 

10. Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism.
   

• Avoid recording or sharing session content without written consent.
   

• Refrain from disruptive or discriminatory behavior.
  Violation may result in removal without refund.
   

 

11. Testimonials & Media

By participating, you grant the Company permission to use your anonymized feedback, photos, or testimonials for educational or promotional use unless you opt out in writing.
We honor all privacy preferences.

 

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, technical failures, or government restrictions.
In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled or delivered online without penalty.

 

13. Compliance & Ethical Standards

Inner Science Coaching adheres to recognized coaching and training ethics (ICF, EMCC, HeartMath Certified Trainer Guidelines).
Facilitators maintain professional boundaries, respect client autonomy, and ensure safe learning environments.

 

14. Corporate Client Engagements

For organizational programs:

• The client organization is responsible for obtaining participant consent and data compliance.
   

• The Company will protect confidential business information and will not disclose internal data without authorization.
   

 

15. Online & Digital Programs

Access to digital courses, recordings, or downloads is personal and non-transferable.
Once accessed or downloaded, such products are non-refundable.
Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

 

16. Website Use & Content Protection

Visitors may browse and download materials for personal use only.
Unauthorized copying, data scraping, or commercial use of content from www.innersciencecoaching.com is prohibited.
We may use cookies or analytics tools to improve user experience in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

17. Dispute Resolution

Parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably.
Unresolved matters shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (1996), venue Hyderabad, Telangana.
Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

 

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

 

19. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised versions will be posted on the website and apply immediately to new transactions and programs.
